Mr. Vaughn helped me settle my case and took the worry off my hands. The staff is so caring and remember you even after one visit , they really make you feel like family. Charlie and his office staff are easy to work with and make the process of working with a law firm less intimidating. Charlie explains the process of working with insurance companies and the legal system in terms that are easy for anyone to understand. I have never worked with an attorney before but if you need one, I would not be afraid to call them.

Charlie and the office staff are wonderful. We had never dealt with legal troubles before, and being younger(in our 20's) people can really take advantage of you for not being knowledgeable. That was not the case with Vaughan and Vaughan. They truly make you feel cared for and try to handle your case in a timely manner. Don't have a bad thing to say about them.
