A few years ago, after going through years of absolute foolery in my original case, I was done allowing my child to continue to be used as a tool to abuse me through the court system by the opposing party. My attorney at the time switched firms and thereby causing a conflict of interest in my case, and had to withdraw. I had to believe there was a firm out there that understood Cluster B Personality Disorders and had the ability and know-how to expose the game that had been played at the expense of my son for years by the other side. Robert Plantz Left my settlement and the other side changed the wording of custody of my daughter . I called Robert right when I walked out 2 hours later to tell to cancel agreement . Told him to call the Judge and stop her from signing agreement . he did nothing !!!! Because he would look bad because he left me with no legal retention . stay away from this guy !All talk no action !!!

Robert Plantz Stay away he calls himself a shark . He is a train wreck (disorganized ) He charges you to read your case for prep before negotiation . When you show up he has no idea about the case (money) . Do not hire him if you are the guy ! He will do nothing for you but take you money . Robert walked out of my settlement and signed papers and left me sitting with the other attorney Andy tanzillo who change the contract and throughout the original copy . I called Robert to cancel before judge signed . He did nothing til 19 days later . To late ! Robert does nothing always late with everything last minute
