Robert was efficient and did not allow the opposing attorney to entertain any ridiculous request. If you want an aggressive, no BS attorney that delivers results, this is your guy. I’m glad I found Robert as he will be my go-to attorney from this point forward!

Cannot say enough good things about Atty Plantz and his practice. In often high-stress post divorce situations, he was the perfect blend of aggressiveness to my case, patience to my emotional ups/downs and reactivity, and thoughtfulness to our family's unique situations. He even helped implement communication standards that improved interactions tremendously with the ex. His fees were more than fair and he doesn't nickel and dime all the small things. Robert A Plantz is by far the best Divorce & Family Law Lawyer in the state of Indiana. Robert A. Plantz, WOW! An Amazing Attorney Words are inadequate to tell how much Mr. Plantz did for me. I’d talked with a number of attorneys but none would take my case. It was too difficult. Without Mr. Plantz it would have been impossible to succeed because it was a difficult case with a very spiteful ex-spouse. Getting ready for court Mr. Plantz was great. He told me what he needed from me, and always got right back to me when I called. In court Mr. Plantz was amazing. I was a nervous wreck, but his kindness and encouragement calmed me down. He knew the issue was “am I disabled”, and every time the opposing lawyer tried to bring something else into it, Mr. Plantz pulled it back to the issue. He was also able to show that I am disabled without demeaning me, and it was clear he knew the law much better than the opposing lawyer. I’ve always thought Lawyers where all about money and care little about their client. Plantz continues to prove me wrong on that. I am beyond grateful that I was referred by a relative. He is caring and fights like an “Alpha”. Do yourself a favor and hire him as your lawyer.

t was wonderful having the help I needed. Atty Planz made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. He took my needs and what I wanted very seriously. He took charge right away and I was assured my best interests would be fought for. The office looked out for what I needed and they are all caring and friendly.
