Best attorney to meet my needs. Caring and thorough!

Great staff

They’ve hooked my family and I up when we’ve had a few binds and they’re a bunch of great people who know what they’re doing. Cannot recommend them enough. Jason Moseley is definitely a brother for life. If you’ve got a problem then they’ll help you out.

I highly recommend Attorney Martinez. I can’t say enough great things about the firm. My situation was very complicated and Attorney Martinez knew just what to recommend to solve my situation. Both Attorneys Moseley and Martinez are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t not say enough great things about them. I have recommended this law firm to my family members and close friends.

They will give you solid advice and you can ask them about legal matters outside what they specialize in and they will break it down for you in simple terms or help point you in the right direction. If I had to talk to a person about those types of affairs I would go here. Miguel was really personable.

I have been dealing with this firm for years without a hitch until last year when I got a notice that my drivers license would be suspended for failure to appear, issued by the city of East Chicago. This was for traffic stop and subsequent ticket that I had sent details to the firm and thought was being handled. I was so irate that I called the office and left a 'not so flattering' voicemail expressing how the firm's reputation and service had declined over the years and had at this point reached rock bottom. I called back and when I reached someone live, I reiterated my opinion and demanded to speak with either Attorney Moseley or Martinez to let them know what was on my mind. That's when Attorney Jacob Payton intervened. He patiently listened to my expletive-laced rant dissing his firm. He then promised to look into the case and get back with me. At this point I was done with this firm and did not expect what came next. He called me back, took the case pro bono, and saved my driving privileges!!! This was in spite of the fact that I had missed court appearances during his handling of the case. Attorney Payton restored my faith in and commitment to the Law Offices of Moseley & Martinez. Thanks!

Mosley and Martinez has helped my elderly parents thru all their legal situations but since I’ve been involved Hunter has been extra helpful especially most recently and it’s very appreciated!

Very easy to work with. Hopefully never have to file again, but if I do I'd definitely use them again. Especially Hunter. Above and beyond.
