I highly recommend this law firm. Attorney Spears assisted me and was knowledgeable and informative during the entirety of my case. Unlike other firms I tried calling, he got back to me quickly and was ready to help. I was kept in the loop of what is next and everything ran smoothly from beginning to end.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Codey Spear and Janis Sims. My divorce/custody case was a high conflict case filled with baseless accusations from my ex wife and they handled it like absolute professionals. Long story short, I walked away with physical custody of my kids and no child support payments, these attorneys did everything in their power to ensure the best interests of my children were met. As far as fathers rights are concerned I would give this firm a 10/10 review and couldn’t be happier with my choice of attorneys.

The amount of gratitude my husband and I have for this law firm is never-ending. Attorney Spears and his paralegal, Katie, did an outstanding job and together we were able to achieve something we never thought was attainable. It was a lot of hard work, sweat, frustration and tears, but they got the job done! We will be forever grateful for everything they have done for us and absolutely recommend Attorney Spears for anyone needing legal intervention for custody and parenting time matters.
