I have witnessed the greatness of Attorney Susan Severtson! The dedication, professionalism, and care shown to her clients is phenomenal. I highly recommend her.

A friend of mine recommended Atty Severtson to me & I loved working with her! She was sweet, kind & has a perfect 'bedside manner', so to speak. The case I brought her onto was short & sweet, and only 2 hearings bc the other party didn't show, of course, and that's fine! But Atty Severtson let me tell my story & cry in her office more than once & she listened, really listened, to every word without judgment. I would recommend her to anyone, especially knowing that she does it all.

I'm trying to become a client - I'd like to - but Ms. Severtson doesn't ever call back. Nor return my emails. Never ever. She doesn't seem to have a receptionist; instead, she uses a telephone answering service. EVERY single time I call, no matter what day or time, they ask my name, my call back number, and then they "try to connect me to Ms. Severtson". Then they come back on the line and tell me she's not available, but that they'll leave my message in her system. And then I never hear back. I've also tried emailing - two ways - (1) via the online portal on her website, and (2) via direct email. Same thing, it's like going into a black hole, and I hear nothing. I just wish she'd be HONEST. If she can't handle new clients, then SAY SO. Tell your answering service to tell callers so.

I’m convinced loved ones wrote these good reviews that helped me decide to hire her. She is horrible at communicating with client. She’s very rude. Hard to contact, Speaks to you in a sarcastic belittling tone. Unprofessional, careless and insulting. Treated me like a complete inconvenience. Definitely not worth the money I spent. Extremely disappointed

I was a client of Attorney Severtson. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and so easy to talk to. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my case. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great attorney. If I could leave her a 10 star review I would.

Honestly, this was the best experience someone can ask for. I had never been in a lawsuit before, and never dealt with attorneys. Susan took me by the Hand and walked me through the whole process. She was patient with me and advised me to to the best of her council. I am truly thankful she took my case and guided me through my unfortunate journey. Thank you Mrs. Severtson!!

The first time I met Roy was when my parents rented him an apartment when he was in law school. He still remembers me having pigtails in my hair. He is so knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I am so glad he was able to help me. He is truly a wonderful person inside and out.

Roy has always been there for me in my legal battles. He’s never given up on me and he has absolutely went above and beyond anything expected. The judge rejected my plea agreements time and time again but Roy stood firm and got me the best possible agreement and plan for success and happiness. He worked with my family financially and never said no to us. If it weren’t for Roy, I would still be away from my family.
