Very happy with Roy's representation and outcome. Fair prices. He is very personable, friendly , upfront , honest and easy to talk to. He genuinely cared about us and our case and spent a lot of time with us. !!First I want to Start off by saying , if you have not Contacted Atty Dominguez yet , You are missing out on sooo Many Good Things!! I could go on and on about the level of professionalism, and urgency in getting the job done that this guy has demonstrated for me and my husband . I was so nervous and afraid because me and my husband was rear ended in a car accident on a Friday, of course it wasn't our fault and somehow my husband ended up in jail behind a warrant that we were unaware of in a different county, My husband being a physician he could not see patients because it was the weekend and he was stuck in JAIL in a county where the issued warrant wasn't even located, ( WAITING TO BE TRANSPORTED)! . Talk about a natural Disaster!! Mind you we have one of THE busiest Diabetes clinics in the Country " HPW Center for Diabetes";) But, THANKFUL to ATTY Dominguez , everything changed for our situation with his understanding, Expertise and experience , we were able to get him out of jail the SAME DAY!!! At first I was nervous about a few of the negative reviews when I read them, until I realized one thing: In business its impossible to please everyone, and I'm so glad that i took a chance with this attorney and the rest was history! are you a good person? did you make a huge mistake? has it taken its toll on your life and you are unsure what to do? does it feel like your back is against the wall and you are drowning with charges and an unsure future? Let me express, the last 2 years had been more or less a living hell for me. My specific case was a little complex (it is 2 parts) in nature but on paper seemed pretty open shut. Most anyone would assume I would be charged, found guilty, and in jail for over a decade at minimum. Thank God for Attorney Dominguez. Not only is he a man of faith which was one of the biggest factors for me, he is also very sharp and knowledgeable with his work. We broke my case down, problem by problem and he successfully found a solution to every part. We did not over complicate anything, I was able to remain honest and maintain my integrity as a person, and we were able to defeat a very difficult case. I believe by the end of it I had over 30+ charges (maybe a little less, i try not to think about it much anymore). I ended up with 1 misdemeanor level c. He did the impossible with my case (this is not an exaggeration, I had damaged my original plea deal and through the help of God and Roy we were able to recover from that) The man is loved by a large community and there is no ambiguity as to why. He is honest, wise, and a man of integrity powered by God. You have no need to look for any other representation as he will get the job done! His ability to provide peace of mind is priceless. I went from about -40k in debt, with a serious addiction and 30+ charges with no job --> almost out of debt (it is manageable now), I am working full time again downtown chicago, over a year of sobriety, and one misdemeanor! Attorney Roy is definitely a huge factor in all of this.

I recently hired Roy for a case I had in Porter county. I recieved 5 charges (2 cannabis related and 3 OWI charges *1st time OWI*). During the entire process, he reassured me everything was going to work out and gave me the confidence that I needed in a very stressful time. He got 4 of the 5 charges dropped for me and got my OWI dropped to a class C misdemeanor. With his defense, I only recieved a license suspension for 20 days, 180 days of probation and a few drug classes. I am sooooo happy and relieved to have been referred to him! He is truly a blessing and very affordable! Thank you again for the work you put in sir! You are truly a god sent! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the NWI area!!!!! 5 stars!

I hired Attorney Susan Severstson for my case a couple years ago and she was very warming she didn’t talk to me like I was just a case number she was very professional to the point that I have hired again

Very unprofessional. After initial meeting and paying her retainer, she did not file any paperwork for child support within the 10 months I patiently waited. Did not answer my emails, or texts, had to call a couple times to be able to get her on the phone. Turns out she decided to fire me as a client because she was upset with my boyfriend’s father (he fired her for unprofessional behavior in litigation). I even had to argue with her to get my retainer back because my boyfriend’s father supposedly owed her money. I was in no way connected to the other case she was removed from, however she felt justified withholding the retainer even after my relationship ended with that family.

Roy Dominguez and Susan M Severtson are excellent lawyers that work hard on your case no matter how hard it is to help you have the best outcome. Would recommend them 100% to anyone no matter how hard your case is they will work to give you the best!!!!
