Ralph Melbourne of Church, Langdon, Lopp, Banet Law was very deceitful. Ralph did not even know how to file in court. Ralph first said we could file electronically, which was false. Then Ralph tried to file in person at the court and was told that he did it wrong. Ralph did not even know that the document had to be notarized. Ralph was then trying to charge for the time he spent on his own mistakes. This appears to be the first case he ever filed with this particular court. Ralph and his law firm led me to believe that he had a lot of experience in estate law and guardianship law litigation. I then find out through AVVO.com, the lawyer directory website, that his experience is 100% in Employment and Labor. Ralph and Steve Langdon of the firm deceitfully led me to believe that Ralph had a lot of experience in Estate, Disability, and Guardianship law which was apparently false.

Dana just help me finalize my divorce in what felt like record time! She was always very responsive and informative. I had no idea how the process worked and she helped advocate for me and what was best for my children. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken covered and I could not of asked for an easier process!! Highly recommend!

I started my ordeal with another attorney who was highly recommended but i feel like I paid her to work against me really(there may be terrible council on Watt St with ties to DCS...maybe) But now Dana is representing me in a custody dispute and the EPO that resulted from it. She crushed the EPO petition in a professional manner while also putting the opposing side in their place. I haven't even had the first custody hearing yet but I can tell you that no matter the outcome I know this woman is giving it 110%. She has given me the first sigh of relief I've had in months and I couldn't be more thankful. Aside from her amazing self I had to utilize Marc for yet another accusation in this matter and he man handled that hurdle quickly. The staff is just as amazing as well, my first call to inquire about council I was told 6-8 weeks to speak to someone and I simply said I was worried about my daughter's safety and couldn't wait that long and I appreciated their time, the lady on the phone insisted I hold...I met with them 3 days later. I could not recommend these people enough. My daughter and I are forever in their debt.
