I’d like to share just a snapshot of our experience with Langer & Langer. From the moment we met Robert Langer we knew we had made the right decision. Robert and Tara were always there to answer any and all questions. His professionalism and attention to detail along with the firms decades of experience is very important. What was somewhat more impactful on us was the fact that Robert Langer and his team cared about what we went through. A genuine desire to try to make “right” something that was so terribly wrong and for that we are grateful!

I would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone that needs a professional, honest and genuine group or attorneys to fight on your behalf. My family had a horrible tragedy happen to us and Robert Langer was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and on our side in getting justice served. From start to finish, myself and family were more than pleased with Rob and his team. His assistant,Tara Haack is wonderful as well. Always available for quick questions or anything I needed. They were very nice people, especially the receptionist. However, I did not have a good experience. I was nickeled and dimed to death and got no progress. Did not fight for me. Only delayed things to keep the process drawn out.
As soon as I left, my new attorney accomplished more during the consultation than my attorney accomplished here in the 6 months he was retained. My new attorney did things that the attorney from Langer said could not be done. I regret wasting thousands of dollars on this firm and getting nowhere.

Robert and his team were fantastic from day one to the end. Whenever I had a question Robert was always easy to contact. The office was always clean and professional. I always felt like I was a real client while interacting with them. Robert had my best interest at heart and I know if placed in an unfortunate circumstance again I would be calling Langer & Langer.

Kayleen is an amazing attorney. She is calm and does a great job explaining things yet she is tough when she needs to be. She did a great job keeping me going in the right direction even when I was frustrated and down.
