Steve I want to thank you for not taking my case last year when I called you. Your firm didn;t look at a single page of medical record and decided I didn[t have one. BUT... CMS just finished an investigation after I filed a grievence and found 2 serious Quality of Care concerns against the hospital and it's doctors on just 1 of my husband's 2021 hospital admits. Thank you for allowing them to get away with murder but telling me I needed to seek therapy. Malpractice attorneys are no better than the healthcare people that do harm, if anything you do more harm by telling those of us who KNOW harm was done to "seek therapy"

After a near fatal car accident procured Langer & Langer to represent me in my insurance and medical actions afterwards. Throughout my dealings with this firm, I received nothing but honest and genuine advice and concern for my well-being in resolving these issues to best benefit me in these matters. I know throughout that I was getting the best support in guidance and genuine concern in nothing but my best interest. If I was to ever need any assistance in the future that would acquire there services. Langer & Langer are the only ones I would contact or refer for their professionalism and support. Was extremely disappointed in my experience with this firm. After back and forth emails with Jody for over 3 weeks and still no contact with an actual attorney I decided to check on the status with them and was told they were not willing to go forward with the case because they felt it would not be profitable in the long run for them. Timeliness in a case where my daughter has been disfigured would have been greatly appreciated. And if pursuing a case against a surgeon who is already being sued by other patients for the same thing doesn’t seem winnable just say that from the beginning instead of leaving a potential client in limbo.
