Mr. Rice is extremely knowledgable, personable, and has taken excellent care of our family trust for 20 years.

Super nice and helpful at first. Then…. Just no. They filed a supervised probate when it should have been unsupervised which drug the process out 1.5 years. Charged me $5,000 upon hiring them when they shouldn’t collect $ until after probate is closed & it comes out of the estate not my own pocket. (I didn’t know this bc I’ve never done this before) told me I could sell vehicles and sell a house when I really shouldn’t have been. Then to find out he knew the other lawyer for the other side. After finding this out I fired them and went elsewhere. They’re not good here, do yourself a favor and find someone else to handle your estate needs. There’s tons of other lawyers right in downtown valpo for this.

I'm taking my mother somewhere else they are terrible , the secretary called my sister saying I was trying to change poa I called them for va poa for medical, they called my sister saying I was trying to become poa ! Monday I will take my mother who is poa to another law firm, so she keeps her poa. Never get this law firm. They called my sister saying I was saying my mother was nuts! My mother is sane and she didn't want to go sit at VA for hours! Then sent my sister a book saying how to protect your assets! My mom still is able to make choices, I don't recommend them at all terrible.

First thing when we set up appointment, it was easy and quick. When we arrived, they had all our information about our 10 year old trust wrote out on a backboard and everything was so easy to understand. Mr. Rice and his associates are on the ball. Would not go anywhere else. They are understanding and knows their stuff. We felt like everything was taken care of for our families trust. They have their clients in their best interests.
