My mom and dad set up a living trust with this firm. My father passed several years ago and my mom in Jan of this year. We were charged $7000 and my sister and i who are 2/3 of the beneficiaries have not been able to fid out what that was for or what they are actually doing to settle this account. Our brother is the executor, but claims he has not received any explanation either. The person who answered the phone when my sister called, was rude and not helpful at all. not at all happy with this experience.

I have been a client for 10 years. I needed some documents and to review my trust and was treated terribly by their reception and never received a phone call from the attorneys. The arrogance was staggering and I will take my business to a value added & customer centric law firm. Extremely disappointed - I wish I could give negative stars.
