Sean did a superb job from start to finish in a rather contentious Jones Act injury case. He aggressively set the pace in order to drive a successful outcome. While the case settled before trial, he was very adept at anticipating the various approaches contemplated by the plaintiff. He adroitly balanced the transaction costs leading up to trial against the imperative to be fully prepared for a jury trial. My family was in a car accident last Summer. My husband, my son, and I were injured. Nothing major that required hospitalization or surgery, but enough to cause significant pain. Because the damage to our vehicle was minor,we had a hard time finding an attorney to help. We were hit by an uninsured motorist, and Oregon's PIP laws were difficult for us to manage. He took our seemingly small case, and allowed us to get the treatment we needed. Eric & staff spent the necessary time explaining my options, these law suits take time & money. If I hadn't had them working on my behalf, I'd have never understood how complicated a process it is for a laymen.
They filed all the paper work, they handled everything timely & educated me along the way. Eric spent the firms money on operating costs. I kept a log of all my out of pocket expenses & tallied all medical costs which, thanks to Eric & his staff, was reimbursed when we 'settled'.
Eric Tait is a family man who values his clients. He listens, reacts with expert knowledge in his field of expertise. More importantly, I trust him to be fair. My outcome was as good as we could have hoped for.
Personal injuries from an accident are emotional, painful, & never have a simple recovery or solution.
My only regret is that I didn't see him sooner!
Considering trying to go through the process alone would have been an absolute impossibility, especially with the 'other' insurance company calling & wanting you to 'settle' ; even before a proper diagnosis from an orthopedic specialist. Beware injured one, don't fall into the snare of the 'other' insurance company, they are a wolf in disguise!
My injury was complex. My shoulder was severely injured. It took three opinions before I found the surgeon who could help me, (who only worked on shoulders.). There is a time-line from the date of your injury...
So DON'T WAIT to have a specialist like Eric Tait help you with your health issues and your quality of life.
He was amazing to work with, once we established his role, I then understood Mine. Knowledge is power & knowing how the system of personal injury works was a blessing to me. Gary Sue was one of the most knowledgable, helpful and hands on attorney's I've ever dealt with. He took care of my car accident from start to finish without little or no hiccups. Without even dealing with the hassle of being in court litigating; Mr. Sue settled my claim out of court via mediation and we received a sum reward much higher than I expected. Gary is not only a great attorney but an even better person. He helped me with my case from start to finish and kept me updated with his progress along the way. I had a nasty divorce, it took 6 years and in the process I ended up getting a stalking injunction against my mother in law for breaking into our home, vandalizing my property, visiting with our neighbors and spreading rumors and slander. I did that myself and ended up with 8 counts of stalking against her.
She is so vindictive she ended up waiting about a year and then used the some of the same incidents that were counted against her... to try to get an injunction against me. She submitted it in one district court outside of Utah County where the judge flat denied her request. He wrote "This does not constitute stalking!" and underlined it... He wrote denied right on the front cover.
2 weeks later she filed the same thing in the fourth district. The damned judge did not even let me and my divorce attorney present or defend me. He just gave her the Stalking Injunction she asked for. (I think judges are afraid if something were to happen... and they did not give one out... they would be in a jamb)
I hired Dallas to appeal this. He did... and the writing was BRILLIANT... really. If you really want to look it up... Appellate cases are not closed in Utah and the case is public. My name is John Andrew Armstrong. Hers is Candace Peterson... just google it.
It took forever it seems, not for Dallas but for the State Appellate court to make their call. Needless to say, we won and were awarded attorney fees.
Dallas is top notch, I have referred him before to others as well who have had positive experiences. He is safe, effective and smart. Well worth your trust.

We were in a complicated lawsuit where Robert Meyers came highly recommended by our longstanding attorney for his specialized skills in technical business litigation. Meyers lived up to his reputation and gave us straight forward, sometimes hard to swallow, but always honest advice. As a very pleased client I am proud to write a review for Attorney Peter
Biberstein. Before contacting Mr. Biberstein at Price Benowitz my situation seemed hopeless. My driving privileges had been revoked for six months. I held a D.C. license while living in an entirely different state. As a result, I was subject to D.C. driving laws. Unfortunately, there is no metro transit system where I reside making getting to work costly and a tremendous burden. In addition, in the fall my place of employment would be relocated making travel to work an even greater distance. In the first conversation with Mr. Biberstein concerning my case he made me feel at ease.
Mr. Biberstein is an individual that is personable. While allowing me to vent my circumstances he was empathetic, listened, and then offered a plan of action grounded in facts and reality. He conveyed the idea that my case was of the utmost importance. At the end of our conversation, I knew he cared.
While handling my case Mr. Biberstein exhibited true professionalism. I had no problem finding out the progress of my case. He provided continual updates on progress (I didn't have to ask or track him) either by phone call or email. Also, if he promised to make contact by the end of the day he would. There was always a conscientious effort to be courteous.
Mr. Biberstein is knowledgeable of current driving laws and their recent changes. So, after carefully reviewing my driving record he found an error made by the DMV. As a result, my driving status changed. While I have learned a great lesson from this experience, I am so gracious that my driving privileges will be reinstated at least three months sooner than originally expected. In addition, I am able to transfer my D.C. license to the state in which I reside. This is also significant because during the fall my job requires me to drive to various locations within the city. Without the forged relationships of Price Benowitz LLP and Peter Biberstein this would not be made possible. My life was made easier.
I assumed obtaining the legal services from Price Benowitz would be costly. I was wrong. Mr. Biberstein provided me with information concerning payment options that were viable.
Lastly, I am extremely satisfied with the legal services provided. In my opinion, Price Benowitz has a star in Peter Biberstein. With all being said, I owe him my extreme gratitude.

I reached out a couple different lawyers and Price Benowitz, LLP was the only one to respond to my request for help with a traffic violation. I spoke with the office and was connected with attorney Peter Biberstein. I sent in some more information so he had a better idea. Once I gave him the information and made the process very easy, took it off my hands. He managed to find a discrepancy in the ticket and managed to get the ticket dropped.
