Was very professional.

Called quite a few lawyers before my court date. All were unhelpful/rude and wanted to brush me off. I finally called Tom who answered and talked with me about the charges. He didnt promise anything, told me the possible outcomes, and what action he planned to take. Tom fought and as a result the charges were downgraded to a lesser charge! Would definitely suggest Tom again to anyone!

Highly recommend Tom Viner. He got the best outcome for my case. Very easy to work with Tom and his staff. Tom is the only Lawyer I will use in the future if needed.

Tom Viner recently represented me in my custody modification case for my children. He was absolutely fantastic in every aspect of the very long draining process. Tom was extremely upfront and honest with me regarding the difficulties and expectations he had for the case. He made sure I was knowledgeable about the challenges we would have. I felt very comfortable going to trial knowing I had Tom in my corner. Tom was thoughtful and well prepared. Fortunately, the judges ruling came out in our favor and I give so much credit to Tom Viner and Cassandra.

Please stay away from this man, he bullied me to let the man I was divorcing keep my life insurance policy after the divorce and the night before our hearing, he lied and said witnesses I needed for my hearing were non existent when I called and made appointments with them in his office. He is corrupt and took money and never subpoenaed the other party for financial documentation, he even lied and said accounts that were marital assets during the marriage could not be divided equally the day of the hearing, Iowa law says everything can be divided equally and shall!! Stay away from this lawyer!!

Tom is a brilliant attorney. He can have an edge to him if you question his decisions but he always ends up being right. Cassandra and Tom work great together. She’s his communicator and very prompt with her responses. I feel my friend is in good hands with these two.

Highly Recommend. I have used Tom twice for custody related cases and he is great to work with. He does a great job explaining the process and making sure your expectations for the process/outcome are realistic which is so important. Any lawyer can say they can win, but Tom makes sure you understand what he thinks is realistic and also explains what he can and can't control so you can decide if you want to proceed. A Judge actually commented that Tom was very good at his job recently in a hearing which is a huge compliment in my opinion. I truly believe Tom is the best guy to use, given I am one of the only people I know who has been truly happy with the outcome of their custody case, and the others I know who aren't as happy did not use Tom and had a completely different experience than I had. Tom works hard and gets results. My outcomes were above and beyond what I hoped for/expected which made the process even more satisfying, and Tom setting realistic expectations was a big part in that. He's also a down to earth guy who is easy to talk to, and that helps. No one wants a lawyer who they don't understand or feel at ease talking to!
