I just wanted to say thank you to this law firm. My sister called trying to do some attorney hunting for me on a weird situation regarding my divorce proceedings. She and I both found the individual (Jan) to be incredibly helpful. Since my divorce is apparently done (and I didn't know it) I won't need an attorney now, but I wanted to let you know that due to this experience if I find myself needing legal support in the future, you have my business. Unfortunately I don't even know where to start. this Law Firm has no idea what to do. their number one job is to make sure their client stays out of jail however they hold the jail cell door open for you my poor husband. He has to pay over thousands of dollars just to get wrongfully convicted due to this lawyer's lack of communication and knowledge of the court situation he had no idea where to send my husband and ended up getting him arrested, for further help he asked for another fee to keep pursuing his court after thousands of dollars was already given to him he does not email or call back at all when there's an emergency in a situation where my husband was in jail for over 48 hours I sent him emails and phone calls and left messages to his assistance but nothing was heard back. unfortunately this is not the place for anyone that really needs a tough lawyer he does not care he is not organized. he doesn't know any situation at all a public defender is probably a lot better than this Law Firm. I feel bad for anyone that actually believes in this place he was supposed to go and and retrieve his items and the lawyer had no idea where he was supposed to go and sent him to a place where he had a no he had no contact order and the lawyer wasn't even aware about it. so sent him straight to jail the first time the second time he they said they were going to fight for the 2nd trial and never heard back and had my husband sent to jail again. HE WAS WRONGFULLY CONVICTED. Thomas knew. Just wasn't doing the job

My experience with this law firm was terrible. Not only were they not helpful, they make the process very confusing and the communication wasn’t reliable. The owner is unprofessional, this law firm needs to be reported to the American Bar Association. I tried to speak to the owner and voice my concerns to see if it were possible to receive a partial refund. Before I even had a chance to explain anything, the owner responds in a very defensive manner at 10:20pm instead of normal business hours. The owner decided to react emotionally instead of logically which is extremely childish in my opinion, this is a man that’s old enough to be my father behaving in that manner. I’m extremely disappointed. I recommend going to any other law firm. There are better ones out there that actually know the law and want to help you. I’m appalled by the lack of professionalism from the owner. Take my review seriously and turn around now.

I had just about given up hope in finding a lawyer to help with my dog case when I stumbled upon Viner Law Firm and Thomas Viner, who took my call and my case even while he was on vacation for the holiday. He was upfront about his plans with my case and honest with potential outcomes. The case went more smoothly and quickly than I ever could have imagined and I am extremely grateful for his help!!
