Couldn't ask for better lawyers. Knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my case and my injury. They fight tooth and nail like you'd expect of any long time rider. Call these guys if you got hurt on your bike.

I spoke with Tina Sprau at 11:30 a.m. 7/17/24. She was so peaceful and understanding while she gathered the information needed for the potential workcomp case. Speaking with her made me feel right at home, and very comfortable. That speaks volumes for a law firm. As I told Tina, I have been a single Mom since 2008 and have battled my boy's father many times, and in that process I have seen many attorneys who weren't pleasant to speak with and was treated poorly. This was the complete opposite and I am very thankful especially for a situation like this. It really made all the difference for that initial phone call. I would be delighted, and feel secure to speak with her again at any time.

I contacted RSH Legal to get some answers about a potential workman’s comp case. The ease of giving some online details, which led into being contacted to set up an over the phone meet and greet. This stage was painless to get the fine details about the potential case out. I felt heard and understood and sensed the empathy from Tina , a Paralegal and investigator that was sure to write all that I said down for further review from the RSH legal team. Do i have a case? The jury is still out on this one if i have anything to pursue, but coming from the little guy, if i don’t say anything then nothing never happened and companies will continue to get away with whatever they want to do. After being involved in a car accident where I was tboned by a guy who ran a red light as well as was driving without a license, I found myself unsure of where to turn. I reached out to RSH legal and was immediately taken under their wings as to how to navigate this unfortunate ordeal I had now found myself in. Two surgeries, an MTBI, physical therapy and a multitude of other ongoing ailments later, made an already overwhelming ordeal a true nightmare. They went above and beyond in taking care of everything from reaching out to providers, to filing all necessary paperwork, to checking in with me and even sending me a Birthday card along the way. I worked very closely with Andrea Yelden who was instrumental in helping me through this process. She met me concussed, confused, disorientated, overwhelmed and emotionally pretty low. Every contact I had with her I was met with patience, understanding and a warmth in her tone with how she walked me through every question and concern I had. I know this is her job but she really made me feel like I matter during this whole process and that even though this is her job, this isn't just a job to her. I wouldn't wish for anyone to have to find themselves in a position where they need to seek an attorney for help. However, if you do, RSH legal gets the job done and done well. They are not only fighting for fairness but they are fighting for YOU. It felt good having them fight for me when I wasn't physically or mentally in a place to be able to properly fight for myself.
