I was impressed by how quickly they contacted me but less impressed at how quickly they dropped me. Tina advised me to get x-rays which I did but before even seeing the x-rays they decided to drop me and even in her own words in a letter she did not assess my total situation. I guess actions or non actions speak louder than words.

I spoke with your teams investigator at 4:30 this afternoon and she was very helpful in my quest to get some justice for the way my son was treat by wal mart and the police and the assistant district attorney that put through maybe the most stressful time in his life! Tina was very through and made me feel comfortable that i could tell her of the situation in my way! She a very pleasant person and very well trained to do her job to the best of her ability at all times!
