Words alone cannot describe my gratitude for the Luneckas Law Team and Darin Luneckas. I was seriously injured in a work related agriculture ATV accident. I went over handlebars of the ATV when it went into an unseen washed out gulley in a large agricultural field in a remote part of Central Iowa. After the accident I was left with a large abrasion on my forehead, headaches, constant ringing in my ears, sensitivity to light and noise, and worst of all depression. Initially I was getting very little help from my employer and their insurance company. I couldn’t work and I was left with no wages and no medical care for a brain injury. I checked online for an attorney that I felt could help me. I found the Luneckas Law firm in Cedar Rapids Iowa with its 5 Star rating. I spoke to Darin’s Team members who were very helpful from the moment I placed my call to the Law Firm. I was meeting with Darin within days of calling their office. Darin and his Team were able to get me worker compensation checks coming within weeks of my initial meeting. The Team was also quick to get me started with the kind of care a brain injury requires. I received reminder calls from the Team to help insure I made it to my doctor appointments. My brain injury worsened over time and I was left in a state of depression I have never experienced. Darin drove to my house in the Cedar Falls area to check up on me, and to help me with some of the paperwork that was required. His Team always stayed in close contact with me when I was suffering the worst and I was difficult to get a hold of. The past 2 years and almost 10 months of my life have been a living nightmare since my fall. After the insurance company would not pay, I sought the advice of Darin.
