Darin Luneckas and his legal assistant, Crystal, are amazing! Darin exceeded all expectations! We were awarded the FULL amount possible from our insurance coverage and he won the case in WEEKS. Darin and Crystal are so kind, easy to work with and communicated with my son and I as much as we needed. I would hire Darin again is a second. He's professional, caring and won my son the settlement he deserved. It was such an impactful event, I have to tell our story. My 21 year old son was a passenger in a car accident and suffered serious injuries. The driver was under insured and my son's medical bills far exceeded what the insurance company was paying. I was trying to settle with the driver's insurance and our insurance , but was getting nowhere while the bills and bill collection notices kept rolling in. I also tried a lawyer through my free service at work, but wasn't getting much help. I found Luneckas Law from a Google search, and based on good reviews, I decided to call. Darin immediately put me at ease by explaining every aspect of our case, how insurance claims work, how some of our medical bills could paid ( I was able to get 25K ASAP from my auto insurer!) and how he and Crystal would handle everything. He was also very clear about expectations and where we could "win" and where we might not "win". This was such a RELIEF and PIECE OF MIND after stressing about it for months and while bill collectors kept calling. Not only did Darin get us the immediate MedPay money from my insurance, he won us the FULL amount allowed from the under-insured driver's insurance. Darin also won us the highest settlement allowed from our auto insurance policy within WEEKS, not years like most insurance company's usually take. Darin could've done more and sued the driver, but we opted not to sue the young driver or his family. Darin was supportive of this and didn't pressure us in any way. Darin went above and beyond by reaching out to several of the medical providers to get some of the bills reduced. At the end of it all, our health insurance provider tacked on money they wanted paid back from what we won in the settlement and Darin absorbed that for us! My son is now healthy and (mostly) healed and we are forever grateful to Darin Luneckas for saving us from a pile of medical bills we couldn't pay and a good financial head start for my son's future.

Mark and his team made the most out of a difficult experience. They were easily available and took the time to explain the process to me. I would recommend them to anyone with a worker’s’ compensation claim.
