Lawyer very rude and disrespectful would not recommend Norm Springer

YOU GUYS DIDN'T DEFEND THE CASE AT ALL!!! I personally know someone who is a clearly innocent man, but only proven guilty by law due to the state taking the childrens side who were bullying his kid. Something happened in the bullies families, so they fabricated a story... And this law firm wasn't speaking up on the accused sides behalf, nor applying pressure where it belonged so there is a falsely accused sex offender I have to face daily and your law firm is a part of his story. We will keep defending his name on our behalf upon any confrontation. Our sense of security needs tended to, and a defamation case needs put up on those families... but we are too poor to participate. Thanks for failing my extended family, once again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM!! Once his 10 years is up, I'll be back to say more!!! Exposure and pressure needs applied with how you guys failed that man!! Thankfully the untruthful families in the block didn't get any money from him!!! Sad, sad, situation. Shoulda read what was said and where your firm didn't defend him... Shame ..

Dan McGinn was my attorney for my divorce. The retainer fee was very reasonable and Dan is a warm, friendly person and easy to talk to. However, he is not very good at communicating. I spent many hours calling or emailing to get information regarding my case. Having never gone through a divorce before, I was not knowledgeable about the process. The lack of communication was very frustrating and stressful to me. The final decree took longer to obtain than necessary, in my opinion. Documents were sent via email and it was difficult for me to print them as I did not have a printer available to me. I had to ask twice to get a paper copy of the final decree. Like I said he is a very friendly person but his communication skills regarding my divorce could have been better. Just sayin'.

Very polite and understanding. Took their time to make sure all of my questions were answered and I left feeling confident.

Tim Jeffrey's is one of the best attorneys I've ever had... and I've had more than most. He was very active and helpful from start to finish.
