Should probably learn privacy considering it's a building used for legal matters and I could hear each person's case sitting in the lobby....for 45 minutes. So ridiculous

My experience with the McGinn Law Firm was top notch! They brought in the best experts in the city to help analyze my case, and even though they ultimately decided we didn't have a good case to argue, they didn't charge me anything beyond my initial retainer - which was used in full to pay for the expert! Very professional and ethical, which is a rare breed these days! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional Law Firm that actually looks out for the client first!

Shawn McGinn is the WORST lawyer ever. Very Unprofessional And just money hungry. Save yourself the headache time and money and look elsewhere. I could go on forever about how not to use him. Trust me he is not a guy you want on your side. Do yourself a favor and go to a different place.

James Comstock and McGinn Law Firm is the best in the area... When I needed a attorney to represent me, I did my homework.. I seen a few attorneys here in Des Moines Iowa, I was not satisfied with them, a friend told me about McGinns. I called set up a appointment and drove to Council Bluffs. It was a drive well worth the time. I met with Jim talked with him, and signed the papers for him to take my case. I knew he was the one to represent me. Certainly nothing I regret doing. If I ever need a representative again they are the company I will use, hands down... They are very personable, caring and certainly know their jobs from the office personal to the Attorneys. If you need a representative, you will not be unsatisfied.

I went through James Comstock for my son's disability claim. He did a wonderful job and helped guide me through the hearing. Any questions I needed answered he explained to me and kept me up to date on what was going on with his case. Will definitely recommend McGinn Law Firm!
