Kyle is awesome, so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She knows how to make you feel at ease. Her para legal is also so extremely helpful. I have recommended Kyle to multiple people.

This office/lawyer are a complete joke. ABSOLUTELY don’t waste your time or money on a consultation. I did a consultation a month ago. I have called and left numerous messages which have yet to be returned. I spoke to the receptionist today and she kept giving me the run around and no legitimate answer.

long story short
although the staff might seem super busy they somewhat answer questions they somewhat respond, she was going to help me then later changed her mind, I thought she supports fathers rights guess not, I've learned mothers youth coaches are above the law, I've learned fathers don't receive their joint custody rights, others receive responses for the reviews except for mine

I am a single father who had a great defense pre planned. Kyle Focht went above and beyond obtaining pieces of evidence that slipped my mind and some that i didn't even know existed. When it came time for trial for my custody case her questions in my defense were ironclad to expose the truth in front of the judge. My case is still pending, but I'm certain a win is in the not to distant future! Without a doubt I don't think I could of had a better team, Kyle and Pam took care of me! Kyle was worth every penny!
