Initially my case was filed as uncontested, however the respondent retained. Counsel and quickly took full advantage of the law. From the first consult with Brody I was put at ease with the case and knew exactly what was to come.
Brody’s determination and unwavering loyalty and protection to his client and the law made the long process much less stressful and in the long run worked out better than anticipated. Brody is a dedicated lawyer who was always there and continues to be there.
