I was Mr. Pollack's client; and a licensed practicing attorney myself, a Stanford Law School graduate with over 25 years experience in the law. I only called because of the reviews I read. However my experience was quit different. I tried to be thorough as possible, providing as much info in less than 3 minutes. His response was immediately to judge the client and make prejudged notions. I immediately corrected him because he was wrong, he hadn’t had all the facts. He became irate suggesting what I need to do with a public defender. I simply thanked him and ended the conversation because the qualities put forth was definitely not what I was looking for. Now a days it’s so hard to expect the best of people when you can’t help but think your getting the short end of the stick simply because of race.
