Gave this lawyer multiple reasons why this case should've went to trial, he threw down every single one of them. I forwarded the police reports and what Adam sent me to other lawyers for a second review, they said it should've went to trial. And would've charged me $1500 initially and $3000, for trial, which were more highly rated lawyers. Adam charged me $3500 and wanted $10,000 for trial. For a 2nd offense OWI. More than what the fine is. I wasn't even in my vehicle when I got this owi. The times were off, my rights weren't read, etc. this is by far the worse lawyer I've ever worked with. Not only that he just does not care about his clients. He was rude and disrespectful.

Now, This Is What I Call a Good Attorney Adam was hired by a family member and this is what his client had to say about Adam: I have to start off by saying, Adam Pollack is the best attorney I’ve ever come across and let’s say I have been no angel where the law is concerned. My past has been in and out of the court systems. I’ve had a pretty long history with the law. That’s why I also want to say, I know a good attorney when I see one! To put it mildly, Adam is THE BEST attorney I’ve ever came across. I was facing time in prison. I got caught up in a bad situation once again, and talked to a couple of lawyers. I can’t express how much Mr. Pollack went above and beyond reviewing all police video, statements, and police reports then getting with me and what all went down that day that brought me to this point. Then, he researched similar cases like mine. Adam went through everything with a fine-toothed comb and found things that were not done by procedure, etc. etc. By Adam being so thorough, I ended up not having to go to jail or prison and just had to sign a paper, sent it back to him and received a year unsupervised probation, a simple plea on a misdemeanor and on top of that, saved me $700. He is an amazing attorney and I cannot express enough that if you need a great lawyer, call Adam. He will not disappoint you! I thank God for helping me find Adam. Adam was professional and aggressive with my complicated case. Serious when needed and lighthearted when appropriate. Adam was suggested to me by a number of other co-workers and friends and seemes to have an exceptional reputation in the area. Recently, I got back in contact with him about my case and he found an oversight by the country clerk about which he made a motion and corrected for me without charge. Once hired, many lawyers are difficult to get a hold of and difficult to get information from, but not Mr. Pollack. He is available to speak with you about your case almost any time, and if not, he will follow up with you promptly. He does a thorough job taking notes and reviewing your case, tells it like it is, and gives you the most sound advice as to whether you should approach a trial or simply take a deal. I knew from the first conversation that this was the right person for the job, and I do not regret my decision.
