I just sold my home for sale by owner. I used Danilson law for my home sale requirements. Everything was on time and accurate. I closed on the home I purchased the same day and everything went off without issues.

The team at Danilson was excellent to work with on our first-time FSBO transaction. The price point is totally reasonable, and the level of service you get from Jeremy and Sara is unmatched! Everything has been so well organized and Sara has been a great communicator on keeping us in the loop on progress throughout the transaction.
