I would not use, nor recommend John Podmeyer for any legal work again. I did pay him for his work as asked, and I did NOT request a refund. Perhaps with more experience, he will improve.

I had 3 couples look at my home in the 1st week. The 3rd couple purchased it right away. The second person made an offer and I countered and she did not come back with the amount I needed. It took one month to get the transaction complete as there was slow loan that had to go through. FSBO
was with me all the way, never late with the 'next step' and always answered questions on the phone immediately. Kelly and David and Danielson Law were quick and explained everything clearly.
