I would give this place no stars if possible. The lawyer we had showed up 25 minutes late to our appointment and instead of apologizing spent 5 minutes making up excuses as to why he was so late. He was supposed to file a lawsuit against an apartment complex to get a security deposit, late fees and the lawyer fees paid for. He reassured us on multiple occasions it was an easy slam dunk case and he would update us as it progressed. Instead a week later we get a letter in the mail saying to come pick up the security deposit the apartment complex sent back with a letter saying they did nothing wrong. We had already sent a demand letter certified in the mail ourselves months prior and they refused to refund us so we contacted a lawyer to sort it out after a year of dealing this apartment manager. When I called to ask why he only got the deposit back and not the other money he promised he said he never told us any of those things even though I have a voicemail on my phone of him stating it was an easy win and he would get all the fees and deposit back for us. Don't waste your time or money here because there's no follow through and false statements given to you to get your money. It's clear he didn't care about actually helping us at all.
