I’m happy to have had to work with Innovation Refunds. They explained the process step by step. They are truly professionals and know what they are doing. Eric was Great and helped in all the process from beginning to end. John Clark was also very knowledgeable and explained everything thing from the first initial phone call. We also were very, very uneasy with all of this covid relief stuff. Chavis was/is our main contact, he alone has relieved many of our fears. He has been a great source of information, very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with, as well as re-assuring. Also, Chavis was so easy to reach by phone, and if he was busy, he always called us back that day. He also has always been there for us with many answers to all of our questions. :)

I was a little hesitant on applying for the ERC tax refund But after talking to Drew with innovated refunds ,I was convinced that she knew what she was talking about . I have owned a small restaurant for over 20 years, but 2020 and 2021 was the first time I was scared the business might fail.
