The people I worked with, Josh, Heidi and Devonte, were knowledgeable, professional and personable. I was impressed by how simple the process was! We started sending them our info at the beginning of August and by the last week of December we had collected 75% of the money from the government. I realize that timing is different for every company, so was surprised and happy to get the money so soon. I would heartily recommend using this refund service.

ERTC is a great program to help small businesses who tried to keep as many people employed during COVID restrictions as possible and the cash refund will keep many going during the challenging economic times we are in now. So far not good at all. Had an initial consultation set up that wasn't kept and no email or phone call to reschedule. This is after I have submitted all documents that were requested. I have since emailed them 4-5 times to my specialist without a single response. Believe this is a scam.

Everyone has been so helpful and nice. I have enjoyed working with them and it was amazing how much money they saved for us.
