Ashley Tollakson is a true professional in family law and it is clear she has a lot of experience in her field of work. Through personal experience I witnessed her being in a 'tough' position, as the guardian ad litem, right in the middle of two divided parties. She is calm, collected, and will do her absolute best to sort through all the details to ensure the best outcome for all involved. Ashley Tollakson did an excellent job helping me with my recent divorce. She made sure the process was smooth and fast. Ashley was able to cut down on my stress level that was naturally arising during this difficult period. She was also fast to respond and answered all my questions, whether it was during the work hours or on the weekend. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for no hassle and transparent process!

The payment plan for services was great except for substandard service and communication. Communication with Ashley was poor but the attorney under her that she passed me off too when I was taken back to court to modify my alimony 2 months after it started was beyond poor. 2 weeks with no communication after I paid my retainer. When I reached out with my issues I was told to retain other counsel. DO NOT get taken in by the payment plan. Hire a good attorney UPDATE: I found out from my new attorney that my filing deadline was missed by Emelia Edwards
