Like on their commercial they do send someone to your house pretty fast after the first call but once that initial meeting is over they don't hear from them unless you call them yourself. It took them one and a half years to tell my husband their wasn't going to be enough money in it for them!! Really!! Then why wait a year and a half. Why even tell us anything? Why send someone out to the house so fast? Well Thanks for not making us pay for our file thatsthat's really THE LEAST YOU COULD DO!!!!

I was a passenger in a car accident in Des Moines, Iowa and got hurt, everyone kept telling me to "Call Hupy and Abraham". At first I laughed it off, but when I was still in pain almost a month later, I decided maybe it wasn't funny anymore. I just chatted with Samantha from the West Des Moines office today online, and it was great! It went quickly, she was easy to talk to, she didn't ask a lot of questions, she just made me feel better about contacting a lawyer. I must say that's the first time I felt that way. Usually when you have to call a lawyer it's a bad thing.
