We hired his firm for a simple defense and Rodney was assigned. He did absolutely nothing for us for a year and a half. We finally ended up switching to a public defender and we got what we were asking for all along, in one court date. Don’t waste your money on this guy who will drag your case out forever, just to get more money from you.

So I usually do not write reviews however when I do the establishment or person went above and beyond my expectations. First off I hired Rodney as my attorney for a case back in 2019. Not only was Mr.Nosratabadi very professional he was also very knowledgeable with all the legal ramifications associated with my case. Not only did he reduce my charge he worked timelessly with the courts and myself to do everything possible. I was very satisfied with his service and I am sure you will be as well. I do not wish for anyone to ever come in contact with the law. But like myself I used Rodney and he came through for me. He goes through every Avenue and when I lost hope he never did. This is the1st of 3 reviews & counting for my attorney Mr. Wayne Housley. Mr. Wayne I do apologize for my tardiness on these reviews,but after being mentally, emotionally, n sometimes spiritually exhausted. It's taken a year to get here. I came to Mr Housley in Aug. 2019 in an unimaginable situation and one really difficult to wrap your mind around. The system is flawed don't take me the wrong,but I believed that if u did not do something like I was accused of it would be easy to prove ur innocent. Of course I believe if u did do something like I was charged with it will be easy for the DA to prove your guilty. Although ur supposed to be innocent until proven guilty,but we all know it's rite the opposite. I met Mr Housley in Aug n met with him explained what I was charged with and why I was charged. Before I left the first meeting I knew he was who I needed to represent me. After about 30 minutes of conversation Mr Housley said something I will never forget n I quote"ok mr.william u have done the most important thing & that's convince me" and he gave a very reasonable price for him to represent me and we didn't close the deal that day,but I assured him he would hear back from me& a week or so later we talked again n I told him I decided to use him, n asked if he could give me a little time to come up with his fee,n without hesitation said he would. I needed him to represent me before I could pay him becaused I had already been indicted, I was arrested on a Friday evening around 6pm. The alleged crime was first reported around 3:30pm. That same day I was arrested n charged around 6pm n the judge didn't set me a bond until followingTuesday afternoon. I bonded out that same evening around 6pm. Little did I know they had already investigated a crime of this magnitude enuff that they gathered together a grand jury and I was indicted the next day& I had to go back to the jail& rebond out that next day which was on a Thurs. So in less than 7 days the alleged charges were reported n I was arrested n indicted in less than a week.Think about what I'm saying in less than 7 days I was charged n indicted. I know a little bit about the system, n I know that is unheard of just like all who is reading this knows it's unheard of as well. I'm goin to back up,but it was important that everyone reading this know how quickly from a crime being reported untill being indicted this was. There could not have possibly been any investigating like should have been in less than 7 days. Ok back to the good hearted attorney willing to work with a stranger knowing I couldn't pay him at the moment. My second meeting with Mr. Housley he had a question for me, n he asked me why did I choose to use him instead of the other attorney's I had met with. Which caught me off guard,but I loved the interest he had in how I'd made my decision. I told him he said he was convinced n I believed him. Mr Housley said circle the wagons. Social media shut down Now I'm a proud dad of four girls 27 21 16 & 15. 3 grand daughters coached city league softball n basketball for the past 15 years. No sm omg how do I keep up lol. Now I'm going to seem I'm bouncing around, but just bare with me, there is a purpose for that. FF to march 2021 the trial. We started picking jurors at 9am on a Wed. By lunchtime we had them picked opening statement began at 1pm. Day2 It was clear what thejudge expected from the jurors as he gave them their instructions before dismissing them for lunch& deliberation 45mins is how long it took the jurors to get their food, eat & return with a verdict. NOT GUILTY. The judge n da heard the same thing as the jurors. There never was an investigation the investigator did not do his job for his personal gain &at the cost of my family, my name, my reputation there is not a worse defamation of character that u can do to a man. We were looking randomly online for a lawyer for my daughter who had felonies charges and Jesse Duran name appeared and we gave him a call. He talked to my husband and daughter and explained to them about her case. We hired him and he got to work on my daughter case. When she was feeling down Jesse reassure he was going to do his best and that is exactly what he did. He got all the charges dropped against her!! Thank God for Jesse, without him my daughter wouldn’t be with us today.

Let me start off by first saying Edith was the most amazing paralegal I've dealt with. Its a shame Teresa was not able to perform to the same standard, let alone any standard I've seen an attorney hold themselves to.
The purchase of the property was smooth and simple however there was an issue being part of the property I was entitled to having access to I was not.
Teresa told me during the close "heres my card if you have any issues or need help in the future" well I ended up needing it and when I called Teresa to say I was unable to access my promised parking and that the sellers agent lied about the parking situation and I in fact did not have a spot, I was told "sorry we can't help with post close matters".
So much for giving me your card then, If you expect to close and are not worried about needing helpm after the close then you will be okay. But god forbid you need help post close you won't get it here.
Finding an attorney to remediate the situation was rough, they all asked the same question "what about your closing attorney?" to which I had to explain as I did above.
To put it plainly Edith was amazing, Teresa was not. I truly hope I am the only person this firm has caused this level of stress.

Wow what a mess, so in their response it was detailed that I was instructed to contact the HOA and the City of Hartford. It was also detailed that I had purchased the space post close.
Point One - I was instructed to contact the city and the HOA which i did numerous times, they all told me the same thing. Speak to your closing attorney. They couldn't help with this as it was an issue of what was promised in the sale and they were not the responsible party.
Point Two - The space was not purchased after the closing, it was said to have been included in the sale of the property along with the unit, as show in the listing. According to the CT department of consumer protection they state that real estate listing websites such as zillow and redfin are protected "a real estate broker shall exersice diligence at all times in obtaining and presenting accurate information in the brokers advertising and representation to the public." They also state that "MLS forms are deemed reliable."
Point Three - The only reason i had pushed to make a claim against the brokerage in court rather than "contacting the HOA and City of Hartford" is not because I "appeard indifferant to the suggestions" its because I tried them. They know I did because I told them of the attempts before contacting them again to ask about filling a claim. If that wasn't communicated internally to the attorneys then thats not my fault, however I will not let this office misconstrue what actually happened.
Point Four - In regards to "I'm Not particularly suprised Mr. Yabandeh has had a "rough time finding an attorney to bring his claim for misrepresentation" the reason being not because they didn't think it was an unviable claim. Reason being as discussed with one attorney "we have had issues with cleaning up past attorneys dirty work before and it never ends well, sorry."
I truly hope this office uses this not only as a learning experiance for how to handle customer dissatisfaction but also in the field of being more dilligent in responding in a frankly repugnant manner rather than understanding the situation was poorly handled on their end.

My issue didn't actually make it into the courtroom, I needed someone to advocate for me from a position of having experience with the law. And I needed someone to negotiate for me, who was not emotionally attached to a situation and would be much more capable than me maintaining a level head while speaking on my behalf. Which are definitely qualities that a good criminal defense attorney should have. Mr DeMarco has what could best be described as a bulldog attitude concerning litigation. Aggressive, determined, and possessive of a personality that is charismatic, but carries an air of menace. which is thankfully directed towards his opponents on your behalf. His partner at the time Jorma Cavaleri was also quite skilled. Very deep thinking, verbose, and jovial. They actually complimented each other quite well as a team. At least personality-wise as I've said my matter never made it into a courtroom. Just the same they did manage to secure victory for me. And if you are considering hiring him as an attorney, you could definitely do far worse. And considering the amount of potentially displayed when I met him 12 years ago I'm sure he's done nothing but improved tremendously since then.
You would do yourself a disservice by not at least contacting him about a consultation.

My husband was facing 7+ years in prison, Alex worked tremendously hard on his case. Alex advised us on resources to use like a phycological evaluation, classes, chemical dependency evaluations, etc. This was a very scary situation that we were in and with Alex's hard work and determination my husband went from 7+ years in prison to a plea deal with up to 7 years of probation. I had a complicated case that dealt with an OFP given the fact that I live outside of the U.S.A.
Mr. De Marco handily prepared for the case on short notice (less than 15 days), and put my mind at ease with references to actual Minnesota state statues.
During the case he handled himself professionally, and got a dismissal of the case because in no small part to his references to Minnesota statues, and previous similar cases.
I recommend this lawyer, if you want a fair shake at winning.

Lived in the apartments on the 2nd floor for 3 years. Affordable and cozy, even though the building is pretty dirty, especially the kitchen. The MSU Legal Clinic moved out of this building a little while ago. Some windows, and especially the back door have been broken by vandals, and the parking lot still needs a lot of work. However, these might just be the cheapest studio apartments in East Lansing
