I was wrongly charged with domestic violence when I was the victim but, because I did not call to report an incident, the police believed the fabricated lie. I was arrested and forced to go through the most embarrassing process I have ever experienced in my life, all the while, feeling like a criminal when I didn’t do anything wrong.
After I posted bail, I new I needed help with this fight and began looking for defense attorneys, which was when I found Mike.
When I met with Mike and broke down the whole story, he thought it was a great case to take all the way to trial. He was very honest and let me know that the DA will try to ‘sweeten’ the plea deal, at every disposition. He said there is a good chance the charges would get dropped before trial but, it could take all summer and may not be dismissed until an hour before trial. He told me to prepare myself and expect it to go to trial.
We were all set for trial and Mike couldn’t wait for his opportunity to cross examine. Just before trial, he made one last attempt to get the DA to look at all the evidence. Finally, the DA listened and the evidence that Mike presented, was enough to dismiss the case. Just as he prepared me for what to expect, the case was dropped an hour before trial.
Although the whole situation cost me a lot of money, time, embarrassment, heartache, etc... I couldn’t have done it without Mike. He was always available when I had questions or needed to run something by him. His price is much more appealing than several of the others that I had tried calling.
Overall, Mike Boyce is a true professional, very candid, and someone you can trust!

If you have any kind of personal injury claim in California, individually or as part of a class, you need to hire Chris and Kevin Moon. It's that simple.

James Mount is pleasant surprise, I have to say, as he is my court appointed attorney for a case I have currently. I took a chance on him because of how he handled himself in court with his other clients. He is sharp, on point and he knows his stuff. He advised me on the best course of action and I trust him implicitly. Court appointed attorneys have gotten a negative reputation at times because of the tired adage that they “just go through the motions” and not have to really get entrenched and go to bat for their clients. The state of Texas now reviews everyone of their cases and they are held to a high standard which is great for the general populace of course. I highly recommend this man if you need a seasoned and smart attorney. Great job James. It is refreshing to witness someone who genuinely cares for his/her clients and handles himself with aplomb and class.

When it came time for me to find a lawyer last year, I contacted several attorneys via phone and left messages for at least ten. Only one called me back! Thank God it was Andrea Jaeger!
Andrea was able to hold my hand through a system that was hell-bent on serving up some injustice to me. I was informed of every process involved at every step in addition to feeling valued by my attorney. Andrea treated me as a human deserving of respect by listening to me and recognizing that I was not some kind of stereotypical criminal. In the end, Andrea did something for me that my previous lawyers should have done and did not - she did her job and made sure that my rights as a US Citizen were the foremost issue in this case. She challenged the validity of my case by spending hours preparing to do so. The end result? My case was dismissed in its entirety!
Most criminal attorneys will do their best to take the easiest path while simply assuming that their only responsibility is to get their client the lightest sentence. Andrea fought for me the entire way and provided me with all the options but confirmed her willingness to fight like hell to protect my interests!
I highly recommend Andrea Jaeger to anyone who is seeking an attorney that will always put the client ahead of anything else! Trust me on this! In my life, I have been represented by attorneys in at least 12 cases, both civil and criminal; most of whom are still practicing and have doled out tons of money to those lawyers. I would not rehire any of those other attorneys (with the exception of one but he is now a judge). Alec has been a fighting force for my family for over a decade. When Alec first became a private attorney, my brother ended up going back to DOC on a 90 day turnaround for parole violations. Within 20 days into his "timeout", he was wrongfully accused of a crime that would have carried a 48 years to life sentence. My brother made the mistake of talking numerous times to detectives, giving fingerprints and DNA, etc. They had everything they needed to easily charge him on the false allegations. I immediately called Alec (almost) begging him to take the case. I didnt have faith in anyone else to fight the way I knew Alec would fight. That's just what he did, he fought diligently to prove innocence for my brother. During the investigation, parole had their hands tied and decided to put in a request to revoke him for the remainder of his sentence (7 years). The day before the revocation hearing, Alec recieved a call from the elected DA of the county my brother was in letting us know they weren't moving forward with pressing charges. Alec's representation scope changed from fighting the allegations to fighting the entire parole board. With his thorough investigating, research, and sleepless nights, he was an absolute beast and literally made everyone out to be a fool for what they were trying to do to my brother. Alec did his research and came with a plethora of legal knowledge. After 4 months of fighting, facing a 48 year-life sentence, 7 years remaining on parole, my brother walked free after 30 short days after the revocation hearing. Hats off to you, Egizi. Thank you for never giving up on him as a client as well as me being a daily pain :)

Mr. Charles Goodwin(attorney) and Miss Almaden(paralegal) with Las Vegas Defense Group, were an excellent team to represent me during my recent DUI case. After doing some quick research on several law firms, I decided that LVDG would be the best option for me. From the moment of my complimentary initial consultation, to my final court appearance, I was never left in the dark. My anxiety level was extreme after I had caught a DUI back in December of 2018, but I was assured by the office manager? that the worst of things had passed. Upon retaining their services at an acceptable rate, they went to work immediately on my case. Thanks to their quick actions, I was able to keep my drivers license while waiting for the finality of my case. Over the course of a few months time, the preparation process was clearly communicated to me via email from Miss Almaden. That alone helped to put my mind at ease. I had spoken to Mr. Goodwin over the phone a couple of times regarding the "discovery", and he explained the process of my defense succinctly, and efficiently answering all my questions in a polite and professional manner. Sometimes bad things happen to good people. I was so happy that Mr. Heintschel was there for me. I had talked to other lawyers, but he explained everything and allowed me to ask questions and made me feel comfortable. He was professional, kind and courteous. Once we went to court, I realized I had hired the right person. He was professional but aggressive when necessary. It made me feel like for once I had someone standing up for me and fighting for me. The staff was also responsive and my calls and questions did not go unanswered.

I screwed up countless times on csr got kicked out of cbcf and she still managed to get me the minimum sentence even though the judge promised if i failed cbcf i was getting maxed out and the prosecutor was pushing for it as well and then there's her customer service she gave me her personal number if I had any problems i got arrested For a csr violation and she had me on the docket the next day and to this day if she sees me in public she asks how I'm doing she did all this and she was court appointed she will go above and beyond her duty i will hire her if I have any more trouble

They take on too many cases, promise you the world, and then pressure you to settle. I spent six months in a wheelchair six weeks in a hospital and had to take medicine designed to be taken for a couple of months every day of my life to walk, for an incomplete paralyzation. After everything was said and done I lost $60,000. Catherine, who was my attorney would constantly not return my calls and have her husband call me. When you ask for a copy of your file, they refuse to give it to you. I had written them a good review just to get them to leave me alone as the pressure was relentless. Do yourself a favor and run in the other direction that is if you still can.

I can't say enough great things about them. I had a very serious accident with multiple fractures. They immediately put me at ease. They've been doing this for several years. They have former insurance adjusters, they really know how to deal with insurance companies.
