I highly recommend Riling Burkhead & Nitcher. I had Chris Peoples represent me years ago and still to this day I can say his professionalism and immediate response to any questions I may have or had truly surpass my expectations. Hiring a lawyer for any situation is intimidating, but you will not be disappointed if you hire Riling Burkhead and Nitcher.

I have had Legal Shield for years in other states. These guys are total idiots and NOT helpful at all. They were very rude to me and unwilling to listen or do anything. Because of this firm, I canceled my Legal Shield membership. Do not trust them to do anything for you. They cannot even write a letter that does not have grammatical errors in every sentence. Not sure they are real attorneys or maybe they went to law school in a third world country.

Take note of the reviews, could not agree more with Mark Organek's review. They would not do anything if it was LegalSheild related, not even write a letter, they would spend and hour explaining why they can not do something. EVERYTHING was not included. Very difficult to work with and have nothing good to say about Chris Peoples who is extremely unprofessional.

I have nothing but good things to say about Mr. Nitcher. In my case he was always responsive and quick to reply to questions or concerns. Additionally he was very attentive to details. Most highly recommended!
