I genuinely enjoyed working with Matt. I came to him for a suite of services: performing a "search and clear" for a business name, forming an LLC, filing a trademark, and acquiring an EIN. It's difficult to articulate how efficient Matt was in these matters, while maintaining an exceedingly high level of professionalism, patience, and respect. My experience with Matt from start to finish was great. He was extremely helpful and got me where I needed to be in my lease agreement.
