My husband and I went to Trey for estate planning. Honestly, when we first went in, we did not know possibilities were available or even "what questions to ask". He listened carefully to our situation and then advised us on options for estate planning. What I especially appreciated is that he presented several avenues, and also analyzed them based on our situation, and it was much easier to make an informed choice. He was wonderful about outlining our next steps. Trey manages to be both detail oriented and professional, but also informative and approachable. We learned so much from him and feel confident with the decisions we made.

It was delightful having Trey walk us through the various possible approaches to our estate planning needs, get to know us and our requirements and draw up the documents for our approval and filing.

I called to inquire about my case. He interrupted me talked over me and I was not given the chance to explain my situation before he yelled out you don’t have a case. I Spoke to another attorney showed my paper work to her to review and she agreed I most definitely have a chance at my appeal. Not a good way to build clientele

From the start of the consult all the way to actually trying to move forward I was belittled and unable to actually speak without being interrupted. I though hey maybe with some time it will change but it did not. I am now with another attorney who has taken the time to actually listen. Had he taken the time to listen he would have been the person to represent me in a half million dollar lawsuit. I came back just to let people know he is not worth your time.
