Asked three other trusted attorneys in town for their recommendation for a high quality, focused, experienced and knowledgeable estate planner, that was also easy to work with and someone who would take the time to answer any and questions without feeling rushed or over-sold. We wanted to pay for deep, focused, and seasoned expertise, with transparent fees and a straightforward process, but without all the unnecessary overhead of a large firm. We found Hannah to be all of these, along with being genuine and warm as well. We received a number of estate planning recommendations from the three other attorneys, but Trey Hannah was the one common recommendation across them all. Would highly recommend to others as well.

I was referred to Trey from a very good friend of mine. She told me he was reasonable, kind, and would work with me with whatever I needed to get done. She was right. Trey made the process of understanding and getting through an estate plan a lot less complicated that I was thinking. It still took work for both parties, but he helped answer all of my questions, my many many off the wall questions. He made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with any changes or reviewing documents. Of course the top thing on most people's minds are the cost. He is upfront honest with the cost and does not deviate from it. I've shopped around before meeting with Trey and definitely a worthwhile bargain. He will continue to help you even after the estate papers are laid out because there are things as clients we have to do on our own legally, but he is still available to help. There are some lawyers out there who kick you to the curb once they get that final paycheck. So if you are looking to do an estate plan, give Trey a try.

I am dealing with a complicated and highly emotional issue that crosses real estate law, trust law and business law. Trey was recommended to me as I had spoken to many lawyers who had expertise in one, or two but not all the areas needed. Firstly let me talk about his expertise. Trey clarified all the different legal issues and told me the pros and cons of each approach. He gave me his professional advice on each option I asked about but did not lecture or pressure me into any one. Secondly his personal approach. He took the time to understand and answer, clarified things and was kind and patient. He did not belittle me for my tears or prior decisions that have led me to today's issues.
