Brian is an absolute life saver. He is incredibly intelligent, very easy to talk to and provided genuine expertise and compassion during my court battle. He is efficient, kind and makes you feel as though you are his top priority despite having other cases to manage. There is no way I would have made it through without him- he is simply the very best. His attention to detail, knowledge of the law, professionalism and honesty are top notch. Brian's legal assistant, Carrie, is very kind and responds quickly to emails and questions. I highly recommend Brian and will use him in the future for any needed legal advice.

I've never had to use an attorney for anything. I read several reviews before I made a decision. It turned out to be a difficult but the best decision I feel I could have made. I felt Mr. Bina treated me like I have been a family friend for many years. I was notified of each new phase as it approached, explained as to how it would proceed and its effect on the outcome of my situation. They have other services to provide in their firm. As an Estate Attorney, I have no misgivings about recommending Karstetter and Bina as the legal assistance service. Mr. Bina even left his office to go with me to see that I set up an integral part in another office for my case. I never felt uninformed, unaware or left dangling to do anything. This lawfirm is only interested in how much they can make off of your suffering, they are very good at producing fictional interest in your case but ultimately they don't care about your or your situation so if you want some money hungry representation by all means they will cash all of your checks.
