Brian Bina is an amazing lawyer!! He treated our case like we were his only client! He is always available to answer voice mails & e-mails. He is absolutely someone you want in the courtroom representing you!

I was just passing through Kansas a few years ago, and I got pulled over and arrested. I was speeding AND I had a bit of marijuana in my vehicle. I was eventually released ROR the next day and returned home to Texas. I never made it back to Kansas, and of course, a warrant was issued. A few years passed and I forgot about it. At my job, I travel out of the country often - on a trip back to the USA this year, the CBP detained me for hours because of this warrant. I immediately began to search for legal help and after calling several attorneys' offices, I contacted Karstetter & Bina. They called me back within minutes and began to listen to the details of my case. Everyone in that office - from the folks answering the phones right up to the attorney who took my case were so very helpful and genuine. I felt like they really cared about my well-being and wanted to help me. Mr. Strella, my actual attorney began putting a plan of action together before he even asked for any fees. They were very affordable and worked with me as I gathered the fee. My attorney emailed me almost daily - and we would talk on the phone regularly. This group of individuals at K &B LLC is an amazing group. They really care, and you can tell immediately. If you are having any type of legal issue, I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to them FIRST!! I could not be happier not only with their service, affordability, and professionalism, but the results of their work.
