Nancy is a one kind lawyer, that has compassion and skills to provide world class service.

Claudia is a horrible attorney. She never returned my calls or emails and when she did, she was extremely rude. During our hearing she was slurping her silver cup so loudly that it was embarrassing. She doesn't have professional appearance and dresses very sloppy. This isn't someone who should represent any client. She lost my case and cost me over $10,000. She does absolutely nothing to help. She also tried to have an affair with my ex husband during the process. So by her representing me and at the same time, trying to flirt with my ex husband that was extremely unacceptable. I would not recommend her to anyone that wants to win their case. She forgot the information I told her, had typos all throughout her motions and even messed up my name during court. Run! Claudia is an embarrasment to the legal community.

Would never use again or recommend to anyone having difficulty in a separation or child custody case. Could never reach her, she was never urgent with anything she was doing for me, I had to ask multiple times for anything to get handled, and she basically found the easiest route for her throughout the entire process. Extremely dissatisfied and now I’m having to go back and do it all over again with a new attorney.

Worse lawyers in Olathe. Avoid them at all cost. I tried for a month to get mr martin to call me back but never did. I'll make sure all my friends and family know to avoid this law firm

Mr. Rivera is an amazing attorney. Over the past year he worked closely with my son to help prove his innocence in a matter no child should be put in. Shame on the DA, police, and child services for not taking the time to ACTUALLY investigate the matter fully. My son can push forward and have a good life all cause of Mr. Rivera's hard work and dedication.

Mr. Rivera is an amazing criminal lawyer. He helped me with a case many years ago in which I was wrongly accused. My three co-defendants, one with a renowned criminal attorney, were all in the process of negotiating a plea for a misdemeanor, even though we were innocent. Mr. Rivera stood up for my rights. He beat the case in a preliminary hearing despite the insanely low burden the state has to meet to get to trial. Many years later, and after my own legal education, Mr. Rivera is still one of the most talented and dedicated attorneys that I have encountered. And I am sure that since that time, he skill has only increased. I would highly recommend Mr. Rivera's services to anyone needing legal representation.
