She is very responsive and explains everything in terms that are easy to understand. My husband and I had received a letter during our bankruptcy that I had questions on and the firm that Nancy was at was no longer in business. I was able to find her new business easily. Even though I wasn’t a current client she took the time to explain it all to me and ease my worries! She proceeded to help finally resolve all of loose ends with my bankruptcy.
