Not even a customer yet they keep calling me, everyday. They call from several different numbers, everyone of these numbers has a different area code that's not from the kansas city area. This should be considered harassment

I called to down grade my plan to a cheaper one I don't even know how many months ago, but I found out yesterday that it actually wasn't and I've still been being charged $129.99 monthly. When I originally signed up, I was not told there were other plan options. It just doesn't seem productive to pay more money than I need to be to get a better credit score when I could be using that money to pay down debt. It makes me question the ethics and credentials of this company. It's been several months now and my credit score hasn't improved. They send dispute letters, yes, but it's completely possible for you to do that yourself (for free).

I would not recommend this company every time I call them a foreigner answers the phone can barely understand them I've been hung up on I've had them for over 6 months paid a 129 95 something like that and was not worth my money they did take a few things off my credit off my credit but Had to call all the time to light a fire under them to get them to do their job would not recommend at all

I will not ever in my life use this service again. They will tell one thing and do another. My husband and I was supposed to be setup on a promotional deal were we shared one billing cost but somehow we was billed individually (DOUBLE CHARGED) The so called paralegals are foreigners. That are horribly rude and falsify notes on our accounts. They will not refund you and call you a liar and when you cancel your membership they will charge you an additional fee.

Don't waste your time.

I have a possible error on my credit report. Lexington Law picked up the phone and did not keep me waiting on the line. The individuals i spoke to were very informative, professional, and was able to give me the answers i needed that ensured my problem was in good hands. Will drag out cases for as long as possible to get paid monthly. Relies on ambiguity in the contract to make it legal.

This company never helped me in any way they just wanted their monthly fee. When I cancelled they still tried to charge me for another month then when I wanted to talk with someone about getting this cancelled the lady on the phone wouldn't let me talk with supervisor or even give me a name. They finally waved my fee and I just asked for a name of who made this decision so that if something happened in the future I could call and say I spoke with "this person" and I could not get a name just kept being put on hold this happened for over 45min. Finally when only needing a name of who made this decision they had the supervisor talk with me but that took over a min for them to come on the phone and all I needed was a name of who made this decision. I would not use this company again.

I contacted Lexington law, and within two weeks, I saw My credit score go up, and it's getting better and better,LL is the way to go !

Took 105 dollars and after 8 day have not even started work on my case. I am not paying 90 a month for you to sit and wait to try and get more money to drag things out. They say they only charge for work done. Great show the work and I will change my review.
