I don’t know how to start a review on something that means so much, well back in 2002 when my wife tried to adjust my status we choose a lawyer that we didn’t know that didn’t have experience and things didn’t went as we were expecting; we went to the whole process even went to Cuidad Juárez Mexico for an interview but everything went wrong, could be the inexperienced lawyer or my situation but I come up empty handed, that lawyer just didn’t do anything else; We tried hard to find other lawyer but even the experienced ones say they couldn’t do anything anymore, I was hopeless, devastated because I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t adjust my situation; a few years later an immigration lawyer recommended us with Matthew Hoppock, I remember I called his office and his secretary actually squeezed me in so I could talk to him the same day, after I talked to him, he gave me hopes that no one ever mentioned us before, hopes that become blessings, he was very straight forward with us, he couldn’t warranty anything due to matter of my case and of course USCIS have the last word on that; he worked on my case hard on a different ways and took him four years, on Sep 3rd of 2019 I received an approval notice for my status, the next day my Green Card arrived, that was amazing, not to mention that I didn’t had to to go to Mexico for the interview, everything was done here in the states, just thinking of having to go for an interview in Mexico it was scary; I had a good communication with him at all times, he was there every time I need him, if I email him he would answer, if I called him he’ll answer, well he was what I saw on google when I searched for any reviews, a “Super Lawyer”, definitely he is; About his lawyer fees? I think Matthew charged us fairly according to my case and I’m very happy, the results are worth everything, he is very considerate in that matter; I have recommended him and I’ll continue doing it, he help me to have the freedom I need it to become out of the shadows, I don’t have to live afraid of been separated from my family, now I can travel without been scared, now I can go visit my family in Mexico, I’m back working and now I have more opportunities on life, well it feels like I have taken a lot weight off my shoulders; Me and my entire family are very thankful to Matthew for his work done, I don’t have words to thank him and his staff; If you don’t believe on God and his Blessings, my case is a proof of one and Matthew was the instrument of God to achieve this miracle. For me an my family Matthew is a great lawyer. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart, God bless you.

I have a very complicated case that reached it’s dead end after 5 years of waiting. I was losing hope until I was referred to Hoppock Law Firm. Hoppock is the best immigration lawyer in Kansas City area. Trust him with your case and you will not regret. I went to several lawyers before I settled with him and he followed through for 6yrs with constant updates. Highly recommended.

Lack of proper communication with clients.Never give an updates what was happening in your case.As a client,we need some updates like calls or emails once in a while especially if its already out of processing times.Atty's will not call you to interpret what things to be needed and what's not during your RFE's.You will have to self-understand your RFE. They are experienced law firm but you can't feel the warmth/sympathy from Atty's & staff.They treat you like you owe them something as if they were doing it for free.Needs a lot of improvements with the way they treat their clients.Their paralegal/assistants are inefficient & incompetent.Like the other reviewer mention, they are the one assisting you filling up the form and eventually filing incorrectly.

I was sued by US government for a crime that turned out to be baseless. I contacted several Immigration attorneys and finally put my future in Mathew Hoppock’s hands. Mathew worked tirelessly through the entire trial leaving no stone unturned. In the end he won the case and proved that the right and caring attorney makes all the difference. I would recommend Mathew for immigration without missing a beat. Mathew is truly the crème de la crème of immigration law.

Knowlegeable and experienced LAW FIRM.
