We are mother and son but we had separate cases. After being in waiting list for five years (6/2013 - 3/2018) our cases were transferred to court. An Attorney friend referred us to Ms. Kelly M. Hewitt at Hoppock Law Firm. Our case was very difficult because there were many religious and political issues. She listened carefully to my son's case and to mine and told us that she will combine our cases. In less than a month we received a letter from the court that our cases were joined and that we had an appointment to appear before the court. Ms. Kelly fought very hard for us in court. In 12/18/2018 our case was approved. Ms. Kelly is a great immigration lawyer. She goes above and beyond for her clients.
