I wish I would have taken the warning for the DV comment previously mage two years ago on this review. 4500 for a proposal and being blamed for nothing getting done. I have to completely start over not to mention I couldn't get any child support and I became homeless shortly after 10 months of requesting child support. This was the prime time she decided to drop me with a 6-month warning and not to help after this decision. Do not use if you are a woman looking to get your children and child support. She didn't explain any process nor did I meat with her or get an explanation via email. Now I'm being faulted for not communicating when I would like some answers. From all the review and person experiences they sound too busy to give good business.

I called for advice and determination if I had a valid case. Even though Mr. Joe Patton couldn’t take on my case (not in his purview), he still gave me outstanding guidance and clarification. I am thoroughly impressed by him and the lady who answered the phone. I will be seeking him out for any of my future legal needs.

Joe is very professional, attentive and thoughtful. He went above and beyond by helping me find additional trusted services I needed when I needed them most.

My accident was in Nov 2021; I was released medically from physical therapy seven months later. I chose to contract this firm because they didn't have cartoony commercials, no gimmicky jingles, or celebrity endorsers, and that what advertisements they did have was straight and to the point. However, during the contract, they hardly checked up on me or my recovery. I had to constantly check up on them and where the claim stood. Then during my physical therapy, I had to file for bankruptcy. Did the attorney assigned to my case take exception to this addition and try to pursue a higher payout in order to compensate his client? No. In fact, I have (and had after it was agreed upon) that since they knew I wasn't going to be awarded but the minimum, this firm only did the minimal effort. After all, they get 40% so what does it matter to them, especially when going up against a federal insurance company representing military. I can't speak about Mssrs DiPasquale or Moore, but for the attorney I was assigned appeared to hardly do any effort to represent me as the injured and not-at-fault client. If there is an unfortunate next time I'm in a vehicular accident, I'll contact the cartoony, gimmicky, and/or celebrity-endorsed firms. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FIRM unless you are sure beyond all doubt you're going to get a hefty settlement award.
