Mr. Payton was excellent. Not only a good attorney, but a good person.

I called about unlawful termination. Joe Patton was very helpful. Explained that his firm doesn’t handle this type of claim. He gave me alternate areas to seek with the problem I was facing. He was very kind and helpful. If there is ever a need that his firm can handle for me I would use this firm. Thank you for the alternative areas I could pursue.

First attorney was rude and wasn't very helpful and the second one hasn't returned isn't responding to texts. Also it's taking a month to get my wc checks.

Vernon Jarboe is very well known in this town. He was my father’s lifelong friend and attorney. I used to think of him quite fondly and had a lot of trust in him. That has changed dramatically in the last year. My father told me one thing about his life insurance money/will, 5 weeks before he died. Vernon via his paralegal Jill Skowronski executed a dramatic change to my father’s will and life insurance that was quite the opposite of what my father told me, just 90 or so hours before he died. My father was on his deathbed, hospice had been called in, he was unable to perform basic daily functions and was making all kinds of mistakes during his final days. He had brain cancer in addition to many other types of cancer. When he died I loved my father and didn’t want to increase his pain, especially not over money, so I didn’t fight what I felt like were unethical actions from Vernon’s law firm, even though I felt like they would be financially/emotionally harmful to me because I truly believed that people involved felt like they were doing what was best for me and that they had good intentions. I never imagined someone I always thought so fondly of my entire life would let me down in such gigantic ways. I’m speaking of Vernon again. I don’t believe that my father’s true intentions for me have been acted on in good faith by Vernon Jarboe since last year. A year later it’s my perspective I have been harmed emotionally and financially by the trust I put and that my father put in Vernon Jarboe and I’m writing this review to let people know of my experience with him. Ethically isn’t it an attorney’s job to make sure a “dying wish” is exactly that and not fear and paranoia from the demons that brain cancer can manifest? I think it is. If my father had known I’d rather not inherit ANY money versus take it under Vernon’s control as trustee (conflict of interest anyone?) I don’t believe he would have done what he did. It’s my opinion he was advised poorly by Vernon Jarboe. I deeply regret not speaking up for myself more forcefully when I still had the chance.

DiPasquale is always helpful even when it does not benefit them. I reached out to Ashley to see if she could give me some advice for a friend who was using Horn Law firm. My friend felt very taken advantage of with her accident/injury case. Ashley was so helpful and I am now encouraging my friend to use DiPasquale Moore Law for this and any future incidents. Thank you for NOT treating people like a quota to meet.

Great team of assistants who are always happy to help. The lawyers are knowledgeable and give you great insight on the case. Clean and nice offices that are in a convenient location. Highly recommend and award winning team! Keep up the great job!
