Garnished bank account. I was unable to make truck payment and did not have funds to tag and pay taxes on truck. Did not have transportation for two months.

Unbelievable how they do business. I don't get off work until 5 most days so I have to do payments over the phone. Generally my boss is nice enough to let me off about 10 til 5 so I can call. More often than not they shut the phones off at 4:50. This place hires nothing but mean girls to run the front dest and nothing but idiots to do their collecting. I feel for anyone who has ever and will ever have to work with the jerk-offs.

Poor but let me be fair... It's not because of what they do its how they do it. If you miss one payment they garnish your wages or steal from your bank account. Overall scum of the earth getting rich off the poor folks who are late on nothing more than hospital bills.

He garnished my checking acct. right after I got paid, because I added my son to my acct., in case something happens to me. then he can have money to care for my disabled daughter. I do not get paid for another 11 days. I did not go food shopping before this happened, so I hardly have any food in my house.My utility bill is due and my phone bill (that I paid the day before) came through after they took all my money. If my bank doesn't pay it, then I will have no phone. My disabled daughter also has seizures. I won't be able to call 911 or her doctor. I had a payment arrangement & I admit that I forgot. My husband passed away & I am still distraught. My life was turned upside down. I called last week to pay it, but no one returned my call. When I called them today about the garnishment, they were unfeeling, cold-hearted human beings (if you can call them that!). They are unreasonable. On our court date, the judge just sent us over into this never ending line & his representatives just made the arrangements.I think he is in cahoots with the judge. Also, to think that a Catholic Hospital (St. John's in Leavenworth) would hand over there accounts to such scum of the earth shocks me. I know other people have experienced the same thing. He needs to be investigated. He is no attorney. He just plays one. All you are Hollins is a bill collector not an attorney!!!! You will get yours someday. What goes around, comes around...let see how you like it when the tables are turned. You know what they say about Karma, it's a bit**!
