Biggest PoS Alive!

I set up an auto payment for the 30th of May however my card was stolen and I have a temporary card, I called today to make a payment-it’s on a check case however they refused a partial payment, they told me they won’t take partial payments on check cases-is this illegal to refuse money for a debt and then say at any time we will take you to court

The receptionist here is a dead-eyed, rude, charmless, depressing person who wouldn't smile if you paid her. I would have fired her instantly if I were her boss. But I'm not sooooo...whatever. That being said, the rest of the staff here are efficient, helpful, and polite. They helped me with a legal matter in mere minutes, over the phone, and allowed me to set up an affordable payment plan for my fines. Which is great for someone like me who is fighting to put their life together a piece at a time and who doesn't make a whole lot of money. Bravo, Kent Hollins. Except for that receptionist. Ew.

This company came out of no where with a debt from 2011 doctors office that I have no clue who they are. They started garnishing my wages. The amount was 1100 and has been paid but they won’t stop garnishing me. They do t answer the phone. Looks like I need my own lawyer. After reading all these reviews looks like a class action suit is in order.

These people are heartless. They will stop at nothing to get a buck.

Monica Walker wrote a bad check back in 2007. My husband faxed 10 signatures and a letter he wrote to me showing his handwriting. They tried to convince us that his handwriting is very close to the signature on the check. THEY ARE LYING. Jenna has a horrible attitude and is very disrespectful. I'm convinced that she only talk tough on the phone because she is a punk in real life. The handwriting on the check don't match my husband's and they know it. My attorney is going after this company for theft and harassment. Enjoy it while it last Jenna because you and everyone else who was involved in taking my husband's money will be held accountable and hopefully will be put in jail.
