Takes money from people

If there was an option for zero stars I would have picked zero. These (I really dont even want to call them people, more like robots who have no care for anyone but their money) these robots suspended my bank accounts directly, taking half of my paycheck TWICE. And locking me out of the account for over 15 days. I couldnt buy food I couldnt pay my bills and no one could do anything about it. They care about money that isnt even theirs SO much they would rather throw someone deeper into debt, have them be burried in NSF fees, and make it so they cant pay their water bill or put food on the table. They take what they want and throw you to the wolves. I called an ambulance because I needed emergency assistance-my first and last time. I would rather have risked going into shock and driving myself to the hospital...and because I couldnt pay over a grand for a three mile drive these people caused so many problems with just everyday life. JUST A GRAND. I ended up costing over three times as much ultmamely in late fees and back payments to other bills because they suspended my accounts.

Filing a suit with the attorney general! They would not accept my proof of paying a $249 debt from 2016! The biggest scam artist I’ve ever met and Angela on the phone yelled at me and hung up and refuses to answer my calls now. File with the Attorney General of Kansas y’all! They drained my bank account to $0.
